If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a detailed unboxing video as proof. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if we are unable to replace the item due to lack of stock. If we have the product in stock, we will only offer exchanges for damaged items.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@intimocart.com with a proper unboxing video.
