Shipping Policy

1. Standard Shipping

Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Available nationwide.
Free for orders above ₹2000. A flat rate of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹2000.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Chennai Only)

Available for orders placed between 10 AM to 3 PM.
Delivered within same day using local logistics service providers.
Charges are based on the tariff provided by the delivery partners.
Same Day Delivery only available for prepaid orders not for COD orders. For cash on delivery, we will ship the products through courier service .

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for eligible orders nationwide.
Free Cash on Delivery is offered at no extra cost, with payment payable upon delivery.
In rare cases where COD is unavailable for your location or selected product, our team will assist you with a secure prepaid payment option.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an WhatsApp confirmation with the courier tracking Number.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us, future orders or reorders for the same customer will require a non-refundable advance payment of ₹199 for order confirmation through our official WhatsApp support.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
