1. Standard Shipping

• Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Available nationwide.
• Free for orders above ₹2000. A flat rate of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹2000.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Chennai Only)

• Available for orders placed between 10 AM to 7.30 PM.
• Delivered within 2 hours using delivery partners like Swiggy, Dunzo, and Porter.
• Charges are based on the tariff provided by the delivery partners.
• Available for prepaid payments only. For cash on delivery, we will provide a location for you to collect your order from our delivery person.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available for all orders nationwide.
• A non-refundable advance payment of ₹500 is required for COD orders, with the balance payable upon delivery.
• This policy is in place to reduce the number of fake orders and ensure reliable service.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
• If a package is unclaimed or refused by the customer, it will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

• Currently, we only ship within India.
