Order & Payment

• Orders can be placed only through our website.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, prepaid payments, and COD under conditions.

• COD orders require a ₹200 advance payment.

• 2-hour express and same-day delivery require full prepaid payment.

Shipping & Delivery

• 2-hour express delivery: Available in Chennai only (prepaid orders).

• Same-day delivery: Chennai (prepaid orders).

• Courier delivery (COD available): 2–3 business days for most cities.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen issues.

Fraud Prevention & OTP Verification

To prevent fraud, Intimocart reserves the right to verify customer details via mobile OTP and/or email verification before processing any order. Orders without verification may be canceled.

Cyber Crime & Legal Compliance

We fully cooperate with cybercrime authorities in cases of fraud, misuse of identity, or disputes. Customer IP addresses, device details, and order information may be shared with law enforcement as per law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.

• Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

• No refunds after dispatch or delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of products, returns/exchanges are not allowed for hygiene reasons, except in cases of defective/damaged products upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available only for courier delivery (not for express or same-day delivery).

• COD requires a ₹200 advance payment.

• Remaining amount payable at delivery.
